The Cedars Business Centre has been designed to meet the needs of new, infancy and expanding businesses. The serviced accommodation aims to provide a supportive environment to encourage businesses to develop and grow.

Wakefield Metropolitan District Council operates a network of Incubation Workspace at 10 separate locations across the District providing a ladder of accommodation for new and expanding businesses or inward investors from outside the District considering relocating (see navigation to left for details of individual premises).

Each Centre provides an all inclusive package for varying uses:

2. Light Industrial
3. Creative Workshops/Studio.

We operate an Incubation Support Service which provides a professional, FREE advice, mentoring service to pre-start up and new start business. This service is delivered and tailored to meet individual business needs. This is achieved by working in close partnership with other key support organisations.
